Stop rushing.
Take a deep breath.
Relax for 2 minutes.
One of the worst problems we all face is time pressure…
You know, the urge to rush through the present in order to reach some “end”…
We push ourselves to overwork.
Hurry through mundane tasks.
Distract our attention whenever possible.
Do anything to avoid feeling the present.
The truth is that there never really is an end to the rushing…
…except for more rushing.
It’s a vicious cycle that keeps you locked in an illusion of dissatisfaction.
So if you actually want to enjoy the limited time you have on earth…
You must learn to appreciate the process.
