Feel your emotions.

Feelings and emotions are universally experienced by everyone.

But isn’t it strange that we were never actually taught how to process them?

When things get uncomfortable, we…

Turn on the TV. Scroll through Instagram. Keep busy with mindless tasks. Do anything except feel.

But really, how effective is that?

As you probably realize, distraction rarely helps…

…And what you really need is acceptance.

That means feeling what you need to feel and giving your body space to process it out.

It’s not always comfortable, but the only way out is through.

Emotions only linger when they’re left unaddressed.
