Hospitalized from food poisoning

Hey friend,

A quick message about healing.

I was hospitalized for food poisoning twice last year.

Not just normal food poisoning…

But the real nasty stuff you can pick up during rainy season in India.

It was honestly some of the worst pain I experienced…

But then it got worse.

I was left with a serious autoimmune disease called Ulcerative Colitis that drained my quality of life every day.

Doctors told me it was a lifelong condition that could be managed, but not cured.

And my only option was to pay for expensive medications to keep it under control…

For the rest of my life!

Now, this did not sit right with me.

Perhaps it sounds naive, but I didn’t believe that this was my fate.

So I began searching for answers…

Researching the gut microbiome.
Eliminating inflammatory ingredients.
Self-testing different herbs and supplements.
Experimenting with traditional healing modalities.
(Find exact breakdown in the postscript.)

Finally, after a long year of trial & error…

I am now healthy and free from pain!

No matter what you might be going through…

There’s always a light at the end of the tunnel.

You got this.

Your 3 Questions:

1.) What unpleasant things have I accepted as reality?

2.) What if I improved, healed, or removed the problems?

3.) How can I think “out of the box” to do that this week?

Spend a moment reflecting on each of these.

If you had a breakthrough on this, I’d love to hear about it!

Have a wonderful week.

With love,

Shane Gregoire

P.S.
What helped me heal my gut:
(This is my experience, absolutely not medical advice. These were some of the things I personally experimented with — cautiously, and while staying in touch with medical professionals. Everyone’s body is different)
– Eliminating all sugar, grains, inflammatory spices, and bad oils for months
– Courses of herbal antimicrobials to eliminate bad bacteria / fungi (cinnamon oil, oil of oregano, berberine)
– High quality, high potency probiotics to rebuild gut microbiome (specific strains)
– L-glutamine + slippery elm + holarrhena antidysenterica before meals
– The book ‘Super Gut’ by Dr. William Davis
