Including your life.
As a matter of fact, let’s put it on a scale…
Out of 10, what would you rate your current quality of life?
Think about it. Notice how you really feel.
Now, imagine your life one level above…
So if you rated it a 6/10, view the 7/10 version.
What does it look like?
How do you act?
How do you feel?
Repeat this, but one step above that.
Things are quite different up there, huh?
This is a technique I learned Frederick Dodson, one of my favorite authors.
It’s a good reminder that, regardless of where you’re at in life…
There’s always something greater for you to grow into.

2.) What would 1 step higher look like?
3.) How can I step into that this week?
Spend a moment reflecting on each of these.
