Your subconscious life

Hey friend,

Correct me if I’m wrong…

You check your messages first thing in the morning.
You pick up your phone when you’re bored.
You browse social media to pass the time.

Not because you want to do these things…

But because of habit.

This is called living on autopilot — and surprisingly, much of your life goes by like this.

If you pay attention, you’ll notice you’re not very conscious or “alive” in these moments…

…But instead letting your subconscious do the job for you.

Now, this isn’t necessarily a bad thing — it’s a part of being human.

But the question is:

What happens when your subconscious habits hurt you, instead of help you?

Your 3 Questions:

1.) What habits do I do automatically?

2.) How do they make me feel?

3.) What can I replace the unhelpful habits with?

Spend a moment reflecting on each of these.
